Honeywell is looking for a driven Business / Ops Support Analyst in our Digital HR Solutions department. This role will partner with IT and Business to develop HR service delivery solutions. Our products and services are designed to support our Honeywell employee population. This role needs to find the right balance between compliance, innovation, efficiency, technology and compassion.
As a Business / Ops Support Analyst, you will manage new programs and products designed to deliver HR services, improve the employee experience and address gaps.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Good understanding on Time & Attendance or Absence systems and integrations to and from these systems to Oracle HCM and Payroll systems
+ Understanding of Time & Attendance systems like Kronos, SAP etc. and integration of Time systems to Payroll systems like ADP, EY etc.
