Job Summary

Sr HR Generalist located in Guadalajara, North Site. Responsible for implementing HR programs and providing support to business clients with people issues, driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HR strategies and actions with managers, including talent needs, recruiting methods and talent development.
• Advise site management on talent matters to support business goals such as employee engagement, workforce planning and data trend analysis.
• Assess management capabilities and identify business development opportunities.
• Provide feedback and mentor managers.
• Guide Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities, creating a safe environment for the workforce.
• Participate as an agile member on site and corporate projects, teams, and process improvement initiatives.
