Job Overview

Position: Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Front End Focus)

Type: Permanent, Hybrid (3 days onsite at either the Montreal or Ottawa office)

Responsibilities

• Complete complex application development projects following the SDLC, from business requirements to deployment and production support.
• Guide and advise a team of developers through mentoring, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Interface with the client community to determine their system needs and document business processes.
• Author technical specification documents and diagrams for client platforms and custom applications.
• Develop logical and physical system models and prepare well‑written analysis documents or program specifications.
• Design logically sound, readily maintainable program structures based on specifications.
• Actively participate in the Frontend Community of Practices (CoP).
