Qualifications :

• Analytical skills. To assist executives in making decisions
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting
• 15+ years background in finance with 5+ years as finance manager
• Must have at least 3years experience as Finance Leader in a BPO setup
• CPA and certification should be active
• Ability to make decisions quickly
• Strong and effective communication
• Strategic planning skills
• Good time management and organization skills
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting
• Knowledge and experience in Accounting Software
