Job Purpose
To perform general building and property maintenance as needed; assist in repair, adjustment and troubleshooting of building systems and related equipment; as well as preventative maintenance in accordance with OHSA and company specifications.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Perform hands‑on maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm, and general building systems throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building infrastructure, equipment, and utilities, applying basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, welding, and drywall.
