Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce design and performance teams to deliver campaign‑led content that drives traffic and sales.
- Use performance insights (SEO, CTRs, engagement, conversions) to refine and improve content output.
- Write, edit and publish high‑quality content across platforms—including website, app, blogs, product pages, CRM (email/SMS), social media, paid campaigns, copy and in‑store communication.
- Develop clear, engaging and conversion‑focused product descriptions and category content for electronics, appliances and lifestyle products.
- Own the content calendar and ensure timely delivery aligned with campaign launches and seasonal moments.
- Maintain and evolve Sharaf DG’s tone of voice across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency, accuracy and clarity.
- Write campaign narratives, headlines, CTAs and promotional messaging for major sales events (e.g., White Friday, DSF, ...
