The Sr. Engineering Manager will lead a team of R&D engineers for product development, production line transfers, design‑for‑manufacturability execution, and sustaining engineering activities within a high‑volume production environment.

• Lead and manage the Engineering team: Product Development, NPI, Process Engineering, Testing, Design for Manufacture and Assembly.
• Own execution of production line transfers, including new programs, site transfers, and dual‑sourcing.
• Define and approve the assembly process architecture during line transfer, including assembly sequence, station breakdown, and technical requirements.
• Drive design alterations and part derivatives to improve manufacturability, yield, and robustness.
