Sr Engineer Technology Development

The role involves process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes at GlobalFoundries.

• Execute engineering splits on development lots
• Device testing and report generation
• Work with failure analysis and reliability testing teams on process/reliability issues
• Own lots while learning the HV specific process/device development
• Support high voltage test structure layout and device optimization

• Degree or master’s in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science
• 2‑3 years of process integration or technology development experience
• Exposure to high voltage device development is an added advantage
• Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics
• Good understanding of design of experiment for process development
• Good communication skills and teamwork are essential
