Job Title: NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer / Senior NPI Engineer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to lead the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process from project kick-off through series production. The ideal candidate will drive prototype, pilot, and production ramp-up activities while ensuring manufacturing readiness, cross-functional coordination, and smooth transition from product development to mass production. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the complete NPI lifecycle from project kick-off to mass production. Develop, maintain, and release NPI build plans, project timelines, and milestone tracking. Coordinate prototype, pilot, pre-production, and production builds with cross-functional teams.
