Provide L1 support (basic) on Global HW Engineering Environment, globally. Perform L1 sustaining tasks and trouble shootings (basic) on Global HW Engineering Environment, globally.Conduct internal tools usage audits, globally.Create or maintain process documentation, instructions, templates, check lists and meeting protocols for Global HW Engineering EnvironmentCoordinate tests and results among UAT-teams in Global HW Engineering Environment.Extract system data and compile recurrent metrics, KPI and dashboard reports for HW Eng teams globally.
