Engineering – Manufacturing

As a member of our manufacturing team, you will monitor, identify trends, investigate, and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes at Baxter.

Responsibilities

• Plan and strategize capacity (equipment, labor, space) and maintenance.
• Implement engineering tools such as problem solving, statistics (DOE/ANOVA etc.), PFMEA etc.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process instructions (process sheets, MPS), routers, and material lists.
• Develop and finalize process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV) while ensuring that changes to specifications, methods, processes, or procedures are verified or validated in accordance with SOPs and 820.75 QSR before implementation.
• Participate in CPE projects and validation and verification of products and processes in accordance with the quality system procedures.

Qualifications

• Completed degree.
