Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment in the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure smooth operation of pipe manufacturing machinery as per production plans.
- Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
- Monitor and improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment.
- Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance of solid‑state HF welding machines, tube mill drives, AC/DC motors and cold saw machines.
- Maintain minimum downtime in production operations.
- Maintain spares and manage critical inventory levels.
- Monitor power consumption and optimize energy usage.
