Sr. Ec Technical Engineer (Guadalajara)

The Sr EC (Engineering Change) Technical Engineer is responsible for providing dedicated support in Engineering Change issues, enhancing the capabilities of the Engineering Change team to provide technical and administrative support to all Engineering departments.

The Sr EC Technical Engineer will analyze ECNs, monitor close rates, coordinate implementations, and serve as the communication point for customers and auditors, ensuring consistent and effective application of engineering change processes.

• Analyze ECN (Engineering Change Notice) documents and the impact of engineering changes.
• Monitor the engineering change close rate and identify problems, driving corrective actions with workcell team members to improve the close rate.
• Provide guidance and advice to EC Technical Engineers as per the organizational chart.
