Sr, Director Program Management (Guadalajara)

Reporting to the VP, Program Management the Sr Director, Program Management, will be the responsible for developing corporate, general, and organizational policies, and directing cross functional activities to deliver quality programs to external customers, with the overall focus to ensure customer satisfaction and retention to generate growth for the business.

• Work with Operations globally to ensure the appropriate Project Managers and project resources are assigned to all customer projects.
