Job Summary
As Senior Director, you will formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth and are fully responsible for developing and managing your regional team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas.
The role is remote, but your team will collaborate across geographies and work together to solve big problems while staying close to customers.
Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of field-based District Sales Managers who exceed revenue targets while continuously building a robust pipeline and landing new customer logos for the region. Work with your District Sales Managers to drive account plans. Deeply understand customers’ needs by researching to develop insight into their priorities.
