Overview
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Senior Deskside Support Technician to assist with internal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform intermediate-to-advanced hardware break‑fix services on PCs, laptops, network printers, servers, etc.
- Perform intermediate-to-advanced IMAC (install, move, add, change) services, including hardware roll‑outs, refreshes, and other hardware deployment activities on PCs, laptops, printers, POS devices, etc.
- Provide intermediate-to-advanced desk‑side support services installing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Perform intermediate-to-advanced LAN and internetworking related activities.
- Handle software installation, support, and upgrades.
