Position Title: Sr. Demand Planner
Reports to Title: Manager Demand Planning & IBM
Dept / Function: Supply Chain
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco
**Summary**:
Responsible to execute and monitor the forecast plan through by Hershey Company collaborative planning process aligned with the financial and operative objectives ensuring the quality and consistency of the input/output data or information and maintaining always informed/updated to all the different stakeholders and/or involved areas. Likewise, this position must review and analyze the behavior of the demand with a regular basis to easily detect any kind of variations in its strategic (mid/long term) horizon, and then impact those in the forecast. The Sr. Demand Planner is also accountable for the construction of the global sales baseline (for the categories in charge) using statistics models and sensing based on historical data.
