Role Summary:
The Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) will be responsible for conducting hands-on supplier assessments, driving supplier capability improvements, and delivering data-driven insights to support supplier performance management. This role combines technical assessment execution, supplier development expertise, and advanced data analytics, including Tableau dashboard development, to improve quality, compliance, and operational excellence across the supply base.
The ideal candidate is both technically hands-on in performing assessments and analytically strong, able to transform assessment and performance data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
