Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Senior Customer Success Representative is responsible for maintaining the high level of customer support expected by the company’s internal and external clients and representatives/agents. The position is responsible for preparing and presenting equipment quotations upon request from internal sales employees, FLSmidth regional offices, or external customers. You must be ready to take ownership for the complete technical sales process for the designated product line starting from the quoting stage to order entry to distribution of commissions to the company’s representatives, and communicate this process to other stakeholders
Your responsibilities
- Maintain existing and build future strong relationships with internal and external customers in aid of company wide goals of ever increasing order intake, income generated and contribution margins.
