Sr. Customer Quality Engineer
Essential responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints
- Track and communicate progress in Quality Improvements
- Develop tools to effectively track performance
- Communicate with customers to update on complaints
- Make presentations on Quality KPIs to Upper Management
- Train employees in WCM Quality Tools
- Prepare customer related reports (for example customer scorecard) including analysis and driving implementation of needed actions
- Proactively visit the customer's site as needed or requested
Qualifications
- Education: Industrial / Electromechanic Engineer
- 5 years of experience in Quality
- 5 years experience on internal and external audit
- Fluent communication in English
- Six sigma green / black belt certification
