Customer Quality Engineer
Essential responsibilities
Handle customer complaints
Track and communicate progress in Quality Improvements
Develop tools to effectively track performance
Communicate with customers to update on complaints
Make presentations on Quality KPIs to Upper Management
Train employees in WCM Quality Tools
Prepare customer related reports (for example customer scorecard) including analysis and driving implementation of needed actions
Proactively visit the customer's site as needed or requested
Qualifications
Education: Industrial / Electromechanic Engineer
5 years of experience in Quality
5 years experience on internal and external audit
Fluent communication in English
Six sigma green / black belt certification
Soft skills: Team work, Decision making, Problem solving, Negotiation and communication
US Visa / Available to travel
