As a **Sr Cust Exp Specialist** here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by managing and resolving complex customer inquiries and issues. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in customer service processes. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you’ll work out of our Katowice, Poland location. In this role, you will impact customer retention and loyalty by delivering timely and effective solutions, improving customer communication, and supporting the overall customer service strategy within Honeywell Industrial Automation.
