Sr Corporate Attorney

Summary

The Senior Corporate Attorney will serve as the company’s primary in‑house legal resource for commercial contracting, NDA management, legal entity governance, and legal operations hygiene. This role is hands‑on and execution‑oriented, with heavy contract review volume and close partnership with Finance, Sales, HR, Security, and Executive Leadership.

This position is not expected to lead litigation or function as a General Counsel, but rather to provide day‑to‑day legal advisory, ensure scalable legal processes, and support M&A and compliance activities as the business continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of agreements, including:

• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

• Statements of Work (SOWs)

• Vendor and supplier agreements

• SaaS, licensing, and technology contracts
