**Job Summary**
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for analyzing compensation trends, managing benefits programs, and ensuring strict compliance with relevant benefit and laws and regulations in the U.S. and Canada.
You will work closely with HR and business leaders to maintain accurate job descriptions, conduct benefits orientations, ownership of LOA's and provide clear communication to employees about their compensation and benefits.
