What you will do: Analyze and support compensation programs (base pay, incentives, merit) Participate in regional and global compensation projects Support job architecture and salary structure reviews Collaborate with peers located in different regions Provide analytical insights to support decision-making What we are looking for: Proven experience in Compensation Exposure to LATAM compensation practices Advanced English communication skills Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
