This is a hands‑on change management practitioner role. You will drive change management execution across LTCT, running the change network, conducting stakeholder readiness assessments, monitoring and escalating resistance, and tracking adoption. You will also support the creation, management, and tracking of program communications in partnership with the Communications Lead and Change Management SME.

Responsibilities

• Build, activate, and sustain a change champion network end‑to‑end, including onboarding, operating cadence, feedback loops, and long‑term engagement.
• Deploy resistance observation tools through the network to surface emerging patterns and system workarounds early, with recommended responses.
• Design and execute function‑level behavioural change strategies that shift how people work, not just awareness campaigns.
