We are seeking an outgoing, experienced Senior Buyer to join a dynamic procurement team supporting a large-scale mining operation on-site near Kamloops, BC for a 6-month initial contract with possibility of extension.
This is a hands-on procurement role suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and can independently manage sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving procurement outcomes, managing complex sourcing activities, and supporting project and operational stakeholders across a wide range of spend categories

- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, tenders, bid evaluations, and supplier selection processes.
- Conduct negotiations and contract discussions with suppliers.
- Prepare bid analyses and recommendations for stakeholders.
