Ensuring safety is part of our culture by making safety audits, safety communications, safety expectations, ergonomics, and awareness as a top priority. A key partner in making this happen will be the site Safety and Environmental Engineer. Effective leadership of multiple supervisors, leaders and all factory associates that report to their leadership team. Provide daily managerial support/direction to manufacturing areas. Review all capital expenditure requests and monitor their compliance with both budget and ROR. Establish and monitor performance goals and assure they are being met. Review financial information/reports and direct cause/effect actions in operations. Train, coach, mentor, motivate and develop their leadership team.
