Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Business Process Transformation to support a major transformation initiative. This role will focus on process discovery, design thinking, operating model assessment, and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Commercial Banking domain expertise, experience in business process engineering and transformation, and the ability to facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define future-state processes, and deliver measurable improvements.
