Position SummaryThis role is responsible for driving business performance across the Nissan Importers Business Unit (NIBU) markets in Latin America, specifically Caribbean and expansion markets.The position partners with regional stakeholders to achieve key objectives such as retail and wholesale sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Nissan's global brand strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage sales operations and business development to drive growth and profitability across NIBU markets.Define and monitor key sales KPIs, including TIV, Retail Sales (RS), Wholesale (WS), allocation, and profitability.Lead negotiations for setting and aligning sales objectives with business partners.Develop and follow up on Customer Satisfaction (SSI) improvement action plans.Act as the primary sales representative for NIBU markets within the importer structure.Plan, update, and monitor vehicle flow and allocation in line with the company's business plan.Develop and implement c...
