Location: This is a hybrid opportunity. Our office is located on the 10th and 11th floors of Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605.
Responsibilities
- Analyze DEX data to identify opportunities to drive profits, reduce costs, and improve end‑user experience.
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements for DEX and Nexthink‑related initiatives.
- Develop business cases, process maps, and impact assessments to support changes in services, tools, and operating procedures.
- Work closely with the DEX team to refine incident categories, workflows, and runbooks based on insights from Nexthink and other data sources.
- Monitor DEX performance indicators and recommend actions to improve stability, responsiveness, and end‑user satisfaction.
