Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural preferred) – Mandatory
  
• Proven experience in BIM and digital engineering within construction projects – Required
  
• Strong hands-on BIM experience may substitute for formal specialization
  

Required Courses / Certifications

• Autodesk Certifications (Revit / Navisworks) – Preferred
  
• BIM Professional Certification – Preferred
  
• PMP – Advantage
  
• ISO 19650 (BIM standards) – Strong Advantage
