Your Mission
- Process customer billings (recurring, one-time, and professional services) and verify invoice accuracy, completeness, and timelines.
- Review and respond to inquiries promptly to meet SLAs.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing disputes, ensuring timely escalation to the appropriate parties.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
- Experience with Salesforce, including CPQ and associated systems, and Workday Financials is highly appreciated.
- Experienced in a subscription-based business preferred.
- Skilled in customer/vendor portal management/vendor registration.
