Sr Associate I, Accounting & Reporting

Major Accountabilities- Validate and perform accurate journal entries in a timely manner, payroll, expense provisions, travel & expense, prepaid and other records that affect GL.
- Validate the configuration and execution of allocation processes to distribute expenses to the corresponding cost centers.
- Validate the configuration, execution, and evaluation of the foreign exchange process to ensure a correct revaluation of balances in foreign currency.
- Validate that the Accrual Engine, Exchange rate, Debit Credit process were done correctly.
- Validate the preparation of an accurate and robust monthly balance sheet account analysis, including analysis for balance sheet reviews.
- Lead, manage and grow the GL & Payroll team in the different assigned activities.
- Control and monitoring of old items in the balance sheets, as well as the cleaning and compensation of the items that make up the balances.
