Sr. Associate, FSM Functional

To provide functional support, configuration assistance, and user support for TAQA Distribution's Field Service Management (FSM) system, contributing to the reliable operation and continuous improvement of field service operations capabilities. The Sr. Associate, FSM Functional works under the direction of the Manager, Platforms (EAM & Core Utilities) to ensure the system is correctly configured, user issues are resolved promptly, and functional documentation is maintained to a high standard.
