The Job: To assist the Category Manager in sales follow‑up related duties and clerical work. Also assists in key activities to secure onboarding of new licensees and support existing ones to place incremental products on shelves. Will assist two different category managers.

Responsibilities

• Follows up sales negotiations with certain licensees on duties like filling up deal requisition forms, collecting financial information and submitting negotiations to Burbank for corporate approval.
• Leads certain non‑key category negotiations from beginning to end through the whole scouting, pitching, sales, contract admin and post‑sales process.
• Assists the category managers for tracking deal requisitions and contracts in Burbank headquarters.
• Schedules meetings and conference calls on behalf of the category managers.
