Sr Analyst, Procurement (Onsite)

Collins Aerospace is seeking a professional procurement specialist to manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials, supporting operational purchasing needs and supply chain goals.

What You Will Do

• Identify qualified suppliers for requirements, leveraging existing agreements to the fullest extent.
• Manage the purchase order placement process from requisition to invoice payment for assigned commodities within the indirect team.
• Obtain price quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery in support of commodity supplier and cost strategies.
• Analyze supplier quotes and make sourcing recommendations and decisions.
• Ensure product on‑time delivery to schedule.
• Initiate supplier negotiations on price, lead time, and terms & conditions.
• Complete purchase order documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
