Your Role at Baxter
The Business Intelligence (BI) specialist is responsible for transforming business data into actionable and valuable information that enables strategic and operational decision-making. They will also be responsible for developing dashboards, reports, and analytical models that identify business opportunities, risks, and trends.
What you'll be doing Data Analysis and Management- Collect, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources.
- Ensure the integrity, quality, and availability of information.
- Design optimized data structures for subsequent ELT or ETL analysis.
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop models to support sales forecasting, segmentation, pricing, and other key performance indicators.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, efficiency, and performance.
