About the role Sr. Analyst – Cash Office Operations acts as the operational supervisor and subject-matter expert , ensuring quality execution, issue resolution, and adherence to controls across assigned Cash Office activities. This role bridges analysts and management, supporting stability and continuous improvement. What you´ll do Supervise daily execution of cash reconciliations and policy close activities. Review and validate work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Manage exceptions, escalations, and root-cause investigations. Ensure SOP adherence and contribute to process documentation updates. Support training, onboarding, and coaching of analysts. Identify automation and efficiency opportunities. What you´ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in R2R, cash reconciliation, or accounting operations.
