Job Summary

Data/AI are looking for highly skilled and experienced resources to lead the implementation, configuration and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role includes designing and orchestrating personalized, data-driven customer journeys and integrating with external systems via APIs to deliver offers across digital and OneView channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles (RTCP) and identity stitching.
• Develop and maintain XDM schemas and Experience Events.
• Integrate AEP with external data sources and APIs.
• Enable audience segmentation and activation across channels.
• Design and orchestrate omnichannel customer journeys using triggers, conditions, and actions.
