What is the opportunity?
Pension Information Management Group is a team of administrators responsible for the timely acceptance, validation and preparation of client instructions before delivery to the Cash Processing Teams for execution. The Administrator works proactively and collaboratively with other business units and client-facing teams to ensure delivery of positive, client-centric outcomes. The role involves servicing an assigned group of accounts in accordance with desk operating procedures and utilizing the Global Funding System to provide cash flow notifications to clients/fund managers as required. It also requires Investigation of issues or queries relating to the processing of transactions and/or instructions by the Information Management Group. The Administrator will ensure that relevant pension regulatory requirements are met by following related RBCIS policies and procedures.
