About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, results‑driven Payroll & Accounting Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. In this fast‑paced, dynamic environment you will interact regularly with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and external auditors. Your core responsibilities include managing the end‑to‑end payroll process with an external payroll provider, overseeing all payroll‑related payments and banking transactions, and leading Mexico’s inventory accounting processes—including month‑/year‑end close and annual audit activities.

• Manage the end‑to‑end payroll process in collaboration with an external payroll provider, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all payments.
