About This Job
The Senior Accountant II is responsible for preparing journal entries and maintaining the Company’s general ledger and third-party transactions, assisting in the designing controls for the Company’s SOX program. Responsible for ad-hoc accounting, internal controls, and regulatory/compliance, and technical research and analyzing accruals and performing reconciliations. Responsible for leading projects, reviewing other work, and training peers and other staff members. Experienced in complex accounting and regulatory standards; including researching and providing alternative solutions.
- Maintain records of organization’s financial activity in accordance with GAAP, organizational standards, and in compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
