Sr. Accountant General & Administrative

The Senior Financial Accountant, G&A, is a critical position for the G&A team. The incumbent reports to the Director, SP&A and will be responsible for preparation of complex corporate financial statements, providing financial analysis to the Senior Management team, preparing complex financial analysis, support G&A and Project budget and forecast activities and assist with year-end audit. This requires superior technical accounting knowledge, analytical strength and attention to detail, business partnership skills, and the ability to meet challenging deadlines.

Key Activities

Based on Chartwell Retirement Residence’s business plan and corporate goals, and in consultation with the Director, SP&A, the Senior Financial Accountant, G&A will be responsible for:
