The role supports eCommerce founders by leading a talented team of accountants and delivering reliable financials and insights.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of accountants to produce accurate, timely, high‑quality work.
- Full‑Cycle Accounting Oversight : Review reconciliations, financial reports and month‑end close deliverables for multiple client files.
- Operational Excellence : Ensure consistent application of UpCounting’s accounting processes and continuously improve them.
