The Opportunity

We are looking for a Squad Lead – Financial Accounting to lead financial accounting across Amplar Health.

You will be responsible for leading financial accounting across Amplar, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant reporting.

Drawing on your leadership and transformation experience, you will support acquisitions, define ways of working, and drive automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining a robust financial control environment and balance sheet integrity

Partnering with the business on new initiatives, acquisitions and complex accounting matters

Driving integration of acquisitions and alignment to Medibank’s finance systems and frameworks

Leading month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and group standards

Delivering process improvement, standardisation and automation
