Job Requirements
You Must Have
- High School / SHS / College Graduate
- At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience
- At least 6 months of SQL experience or SaaS background
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
- Based in the Philippines
You Will Stand Out If You Have
- IT-related educational background
- Technical support experience
- Basic API knowledge
- Basic database understanding
- CSR/TSR experience with SQL knowledge
