**Summary**
The SQA Program Launch Leader provides guidance to the SQA team to enhance and improve their timely execution of product development process activities during the ongoing efforts to achieve flawless customer program launch objectives.
The SQA Launch Lead will regularly interact with various internal functions to achieve those goals.
**Objective**:The SQA Program Launch Leader will manage PPAP and Run-at-Rate related assignments to ensure the successful launch of multiple programs associated with various OEM customers.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Provide and manage Project Plans in-line with customer and Aptiv requirements.
- Own launch responsibility for assigned programs ensuring that PPAP activities for all projects are completed on a timely basis.
- Work with Program Management to clearly define and document goals and objectives of new program launches.
