Qualifications
- Proven ability to perform as a SQA Test Lead who can work independently as well as with a large cross‑functional team, support to drive quality outcomes end‑to‑end, and influence cross‑functional teams to address quality risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. An undergraduate major in Finance or Accountancy is an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of work experience as a Test Lead. Experience as test manager is an advantage.
- Test automation knowledge and experience is highly preferred.
- Must have experience as Test Lead in Agile software development.
- Must have proven business process and requirements analysis skills to support effective preparation of test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience in testing regulated financial systems.
