Sprint Delivery Lead - Agile Mastery & Team Velocity

Tort Experts is looking for a Scrum Master in Buenos Aires to own the delivery engine. You will be responsible for the health, velocity, and predictability of sprint execution across engineering teams.

This is not a project manager role; you will ensure commitments made in sprint planning are visible and tracked throughout the sprint. The role requires strong facilitation skills to manage Agile ceremonies and to support the team's efficiency and accountability.
